– Early Retirees Who Retired at 27 & 28

– Traveled to 15 countries and spent over a year traveling outside the US

Yes, each lesson will be taught live, weekly, but the lessons will also be recorded so students can go back and watch anytime 

It’s a great idea to go ahead and learn how to manage your own property in case you have to do it in the future.

Absolutely! Especially if you’re planning to self-manage once you get a property.

We will not cover any Airbnb or Short-Term specific concepts. However, most of these lessons can be applied to Medium-Term rentals.

Yes, we will offer a weekly lesson and will pick a time that works best for a majority of students. The lessons and Q&A will also be recorded and can be listened to at a later time. If you don’t make it to the lesson, we will have an opportunity for you to ask questions as well. 

Do you feel like you have a good grasp of it? Are you comfortable with all the aspects of managing your property? Do you think you could do it from anywhere? If you said yes to all these, you don’t need us!
